When I run a frequency on a multiple response variable, am I able to have the responses sorted descending or ascending? I don't see why this wouldn't be an option, but can't for the life of me figure it out.
You can do this with CTABLES. Once the MC set is defined using Analyze > Tables > Multiple Response Sets, just use the Tables Categories and Totals subdialog to specify the sorting order.
