Hi, I get the error message Not enough memory for Maximum Java Heap 256M.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled which is the general procedure, and I still get the error message. I only have used up 30 percent of 1 terabyte of my C drive, and my RAM is 8GB, so none of these are a problem.

The memory in question would be RAM, not disk. Check how much RAM is free when you launch Statistics. Perhaps some other applications are consuming it. Have you rebooted lately?

You didn't say what platform you are on, but on Windows, you can see this in the Task Manager. On my system right now, memory usage is 46% of my 16GB. Statistics is using only a tiny fraction of that.
