I did install the software AG 9 version, however, when i am trying to create a service it throws an error that integration server is not available…

I don’t see integration service listed on the services. I see only two services with software ag in services window

Please check the same and do the needful…

Can you please share the error screen shot.
Listing in services is optional, while installing you might have selected application and not service.

I captured this image using the following steps
1.Service Development->Window->Preferences->Software AG->Integration Servers and try to connect it.

If you are sure that your Integration server is running on localhost:5555 then some setting to do with the proxy. Refer the below link:
