Hi, This is not technical related, but as Zurich (my employer) are a Financially Regulated company we need to supply evidence to the FCA that we can meet our Data and Disaster recovery plans for all our business systems.
I have been struggling to get anything from IBM to do this, we have a Premium DR package applied to our account, but I cannot seem to get the necessary paperwork to send to the FCA.
Has anyone else had this issue ?
