Hi Team, getting the below error while deploying the SOAP service via deployer or installing an inbound release process.

Hi @Holger_von_Thomsen - wM 9.9 version, latest fixes are not applied, now we can’t apply the remaining fixes as 9.9 is already outdated.

unfortunately, we have never worked with wM 9.9.
We had migrated from wM 9.5 directly tom wM 9.12, and before migrating to wM 10.x, we have decided to retire our project due to various reasons.
