we use is 7.1.1.
after installation of the fixes

IS_7-1-1_WebSvcsXML_Fix5
IS_7-1-1_Audit_Fix1
IS_7-1-1_Core_Fix5
IS_7-1-1_PubSub_Fix2
IS_7-1-1_SrvPrtcl_Fix6

i have an encoding issue in the webserice response.
BÃ�¤rnstetten 5a instead of Bärenstätten 5a

do you have any ideas?

Are you using default encoding/charset UTF-8 or something else?? when you build Send SOAP msg via soapHTTP Content-Type ??

If it worked before installed the above listed fixes…contact SAG/wM tech support for a faster resolution.

There might be some glitch in the IS_7-1-1_WebSvcsXML_Fix5 wrt your IS env.
