    With the Tamino you have, the Tamino Manager (i.e SMH) does not support SNMP. Tamino v4 has a SMH version that supports SNMP but I have no idea if it is possible to setup a SNMP trap to catch pending alerts. Tamino v4 is not yet available for the Linux platform.
