    Hi All, 

    Unable to configure SMTP, kindly find the attachment for reference. Instead of IP address, if we mention the hostname in cloud-based. 

    Could we able to configure it? also please assist with the port.

    Hello Sathya,

    Is the appliance having proper network configuration so that the appliance can reach out to the IP address and/or the hostname of the SMTP ?

    May be there is some network restriction to reach out to the SMTP ?
