in fact, lslpp showed:

Why the filesystems was not increased automatically in that case?? Earlier, in the same upgrade process there were fs changes (eg.
Filesystem size changed to 4980736...)
After I increased /usr manually and rung update_all again the broken fileset was repaired.
Is it a software bug?
