    would like to seek your advice. smitty to extend the file system runs forever and even snap -ac command took more than 1 week. It was hung when gathering the nfs filesystem. When i use command to extend the filesystem it was running fine. no errot reported from the server. could it due to bug or any known OS issue. we are running on AIX 5.3 TL6 SP4.machine p570 power 5.
