    Hi,

    I have an email port configured and it looks for the excel file attachments.
    It works fine for smaller files, but there is an issue with larger files, say > 5MB.
    The file is present in the mailbox configured for the email port, but the service configured for the email port takes some time to be invoked, say about 7 minutes.
    The time interval set for the email port is 30 seconds.

    Please let me know if there is any way to ensure that the email port service is invoked faster for larger files.

    Hi,

    For this you need to check what is the capability of your back end smtp server. If the server network between your webMethods port and the back end SMTP server is slow you will have this issue.

    Also can you share the detailed logs to see where the delay is coming in?
