Hi Abinash - thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.
You're right, the standard Dutch mobile number format is +31 6XXXXXXXX, which totals 11 digits including the country code and our form currently requires a 12 digits which is causing the issue you're experiencing.
While we work on a fix could you try this workaround: Add a leading zero after the country code, e.g., +31 06XXXXXXXX
. While this isn't standard formatting, it may satisfy the digit requirement temporarily.

Subject: Sign up process bug
Hi IBM community,
I am experiencing a rather strange issue while registering for IBM cloud for IBM Quantum. In the identity verification process fore credit card details, I try to fill in the necessary information but it's not allowing me to get past this step. It's complaining about Netherlands phone number being less than 12 digits including the ISD code. The standard format and length of a Dutch phone number is +31 612345678.

I am not sure why it's not accepting this. There is no way to override this apparently. Can someone help me out as I see no way to get past this? Thank you in advance!
