I download spss but I couldnt sign in. It says:

CSIAG0139E Unable to process the login request. The reason for failure is as follows: [ Unable to fetch the tenant's state from cache. State is short-lived; it could have expired and so removed from cache. State: 20210111-20c90022-080e-448f-a67f-cc60b6a703cd-928f2 ].

I too have seen that message. In my case it was because I had opened the login page but stepped away from my computer prior to actually logging in. When I came back and tried to log in, I saw this message. Do you have the same kind of scenario where you would have paused mid login? I dismissed the error, closed down the product and then tried again. It worked for me on next login.
