It would be very useful if somewhere on the Users and Environment Access views within Access Administration you could see the total number of users. Here's why...
In support of an external audit request we are being asked to produce a user list. Easy enough right ? Open either view and export. However... if I send a spreadsheet with 216 records they want a corresponding screen print that establishes 216 as the right number. As it is, I'll have to do a series of overlapping screen prints which somebody could use if they really wished to confirm that there are 216 unique users in the system.
It would be so much easier if somewhere on the bottom of the screen it displayed that total count so I could just do a single screen print which would align with the number in the exported file.
I did just find that I can select all and open the Bulk Actions drop down which will show me how many records I have selected but that's kind of a risky way to get where I'm going and it doesn't really prove that I have all of the records selected. (turns out my hypothetical number of 216 is really 166)
