Hi Asgeir,
There are multiple ways you can achieve it. And it depends upon the needs and complexity that you have in your various models.
1) Load the same using an extract process and reload the exported data to the other models. You can schedule chores to automate this.
If in IBM cloud you can have a script that can move those data. Or you can use some SFTP / FTP scripts or even a Secured gateway connection to push to a table and then use it as a source to load back to the target models in other servers.
If it is a testing environment you can even think of automation of copy and paste or even replication.
2) if you have resources to work with REST APIs you can try using TM1py (open source Python scripts) to achieve the same.
3) use a template pax/ perspectives and use DBS commands to populate to various IBM PA instances. If you want it to be manually updated and if you are using already an existing Excel add-in template to push the data, you can do it to all the models at one go refreshing all others at same time.
4) Replication is an option but very rarely used.
It all depends on the kind of performance that you are expecting and the time lag that is acceptable to be with latest data in all models and the size of data that you are speaking and whether you use cloud or in-house environment. And last but not the least, the resources (if you want other tools to automate) #and knowledge you have to achieve the same.

Subject: Sharing data between TM1 models
Hi all!
I have a currency cube updated in a model which I want to share with all the other models on daily bases.
What would be the best approach?
Thanks, Asgeir
