Being relatively new to Watson (16 Months) if you're looking to make a improve, new users need to know how to use and navigate Watson, this could be done with more labs, more and depth courses, etc... Educated users are faster and more efficient, creatinge happier and loyal customers.

@Georges Kopp, I do agree with you regarding know to use it and a 3-month trial.

Interactive Labs are always very helpful, although I wish there were more.

One of the downsides not experienced by me but what was read was the "AI Data can present privacy and security concerns"

Has this survey gone out to employees of companies that use Watsonx.ai or are the IBM consultants asking new users for their input?

I don't know if you agree with me Thomas Mertens, but what I missed in every single one new product is how to use it from scratch and where to install or a trial period with 3 months or so.
