However we are under some strict Sarbanes-Oxley audit deadlines to convert everything that is using FTP to either SFTP or SCP.

This is great if we were using native FTP via a shell script, not so great if we are using Mercator......errr TX's FTP adapter.

Any suggestions?

This is reply I received from tech support:

Ed,

Datastage TX (formerly known as Mercator) 5.0 or 6.7.1 does not support SFTP
or SCP in the Integration Flow Designer (IFD). However, in FTP adapter
there is SSL encryption and SSL protocol option available. I can submit an
enhancement request to support SFTP or SCP in IFD to our product management
group for future product consideration.
