  • 1.  SFTP: user alias connexion test

    Hi all,
    we are facing this issue in WM9.6.

    [ISS.0147.9011] Test of SFTP user alias sftpBPM failed. Details: null
    Caused by: com.wm.app.b2b.server.sftp.client.SFTPClientException: [ISS.0147.9011] Test of SFTP user alias sftpBPM failed. Details: null
    Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException: null

    we create sever alias and user alias with public key authentication.

    We can connect to SFTP server with filezilla( public key added to filezilla).

    can you please tell me if there any fix to solve this in WM9.6

    Hi Mohamed,

    please check for SCG_9.6_TPL_Fix4.

    Can you share the configuration of the SFTP Server Alias and the SFTP User Alias?

    Was the creation of the server alias successful and was the host key received?

    Check if you have any proxy configuration on SFTP side, try to delete, recreate the alias and test.

    I bypass IP adress in proxy and now i have an invalid key

    ISS.0147.9011] Test of SFTP user alias sftpBPM failed. Details: invalid privatekey: /appli/grdf/begrdf/wm/IntegrationServer/instances/prj55110/config/sftp/identities/uax_beg.Putty.key_1463129658175
