  • 1.  Setup datasource fails

    ILMT - Provide connection parameters for initial data source configuration fails with responding : Server API connection test failed. Server returned status 503. Ensure WebReports component is running on BigFix platform.

    Components installed at 1 server RHEL 8.3, DB2 standard 11.5.5, BigFix 10.0.2, ILMT 9.2.22. A standard installation is performed (default parameters)

    Webreports is running, firewall is temporarely switched off to enable Webreports communication (port 8083).

    Any ideas?

    Okay guys,

    Here's the answer: entering the hostip and hostname in /etc/hosts resolves the issue.
