  • 1.  Setup Automatically Clearing Safari Cache

    One of my app vendors has recommended a dubious solution to an in app problem. It involves clearing the cookies/cache in the iPad. Is there a method in or through Maas360 that will do this for all units rather than having to manually go to each unit?

    Hi Phillip,

    Due to limitations on how iOS MDM functions there is no way to remotely clear cache/cookies on iOS devices at this time.  Been getting similar questions to this for years, so we'll keep on hoping that it happens one day, at least for Supervised devices.
