I'm looking for a detailed description of how to setup access for the user in ServiceNow Helsinki to get the datalink connection going. Is the current "DataLink ServiceNow Connector Guide" covering this? I can't see Helsinki being mentioned.

Have you tried to configure the ServiceNow connector and haven't had any luck configuring the connector.  Based on a quick search looking around ServiceNow there appears to be a few different versions.  I wouldn't think that there would be major API changes to how Datalink Connects to ServiceNow between the versions.  

I would suggest to leveraging the ServiceNow Connector Guide and if anything seems off I'd report back through Support so P&E can improve the documentation if necessary.

I have a ticket in to update the documentation for the ServiceNow connector. We support Helsinki and Istanbul. Note that we've heard there's an issue with setting up the necessary ServiceNow permissions in what they call ITIL view. The Default View is the one that works.
