    Hi,

    We are using wM 8.0, few queries i want to post here for getting more info on OFI:

    1. Is there any way to find out which service is consuming CPU more at OFI, is there any KPI to find out this?

    2. KPI run time by IS service ?

    3. Is it possible to modify the standard email alerts from optimizer by placing our own text? if possible how can we edit optimizer standard email alerts ?

    Any info provided will be gr8 help for us.
