Majority of the tech community is down. Any reason ?

Would like to install webMethods 10.3 or 10.5 on my machine and eventually deploy the same in AWS cloud platform.
Please assist with some useful links to Install WM 10.5 and also Trending partners.

the reason is related to the ransomware attack from early October.

You can try out this one, which contains documentation and installers but not fixes (the folder is present, but empty):

But I doubt that you will be able to download any components via installer as long as the outage of Empower persists.
