Some time ago we worked with Stuart Meredith to create some reports on a specifically vendor as we found the existing OOTB reports did not provide us with some specific details.

Operating system, Server rate 5 months ago & Server count

Which is sliced by OS Subgroup or our Business type

Plus a graph to show us Application by highest Server Average CPU Utilization

On Storage we produced the following reports:-

We then produce graphs on how its changed over time

We have a report specifically for servers which are at a premium class for non Production

To make it a great submission for this particular thread, we'd love to learn more about how you acquired the data that drives these reports.  What are the source systems and what technologies (SQL scripts? BI reports? API calls? DataLink connectors?) you used to bring the data to Apptio?
