Server hung

Hi,
When I check the server status in the console it was stoped.checked in the PID its running and checked the system.out log file found that some thread are hung.when I execute /serverStatus.sh servername its taking very long time.

Could you please help out for this issue. What was the issue and how to resolve the issue.
