We have Jobs that send Reports via email.
Some just have the explicit email address listed.
Some use the Directory Entry, so I see the person's name.
When you use the Directory Entry and then let's say the person leaves the company and his directory entry is removed, you see "
Unavailable" in the Job definition for who the report is being email to. So now I don't know who was getting the report. So since I don't who was getting this report, I don't necessarily know who should be sent the report now.
Question: Is there anyway to get who was getting the report when it says "Unavailable"?
Question: What is the Best Practice, use the Directory or type in the email address when defining the Send to recipients, when setting up a job to Email a report?
