Hello everyone,

I'm trying to send emails with the Send Email command and the Body type parameter: Html, but it isn't working properly. The email is sent as plain text.
The recipient gets the email with all Html tags in the body of the message.

I've tried the example in the IBM Docs (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/rpa/21.0?topic=email-send) and it doesn't work either.

Does anyone know how it works?

What email provider are you using? There is a defect with this command that causes that error you're describing depending on the email provider being used.
