    Hello

    I'm facing an issue with 'maximum connections' on the eBMC when connecting to IBM Power 10 and I am unable to find specific guidance on this problem within the available documentation.

    I would greatly appreciate any insights, experiences, or workarounds that others might have encountered regarding this specific issue with eBMC and IBM Power 10 (9043-MRX)

    In my case I have a dual HMC configuration and had intermittently HMC loosing connectivity to the IBM Power 10 Server. This has happened few times over the 3 months.

    This is not a network issue.

    My apologies if this post in not in the correct forum.

    Hi,

    While not specific to this issue, have you checked that you're running the latest HMC & Power10 firmware levels?  There might be bugs that have been fixed. 

    I'd also be raising a support call to IBM for this issue, but if you're down level they are likely to advise that you update to the latest before further investigations are performed.
