I've had a case open for two weeks without any progress on this so I thought I'd take a shot here.
Our users can add their primary Office 365 mailboxes to their Secure E-mail profiles without issue but cannot add any delegated mailboxes.
Delegation permissions appear correct in the O365 portal.
The e-mail addresses of the delegated mailboxes correctly auto-fills/resolves when adding but after that the app just spins in "Configuring account..." perpetually without adding the delegated mailbox.
Anyone encounter this issue and fix it? Our management and users are getting angry (and therefore so am I).
