Are you indeed using Safari? If so this might be the issue and a simple fix is to update safari to the latest version.

I have a problem with the scroll of the watsonx Orchestrate chat on a MacBook. On a windows, I am able to scroll down in preview and in the builder, but on the Mac, when I scroll, it affects the whole screen. Has someone had such an issue before? Thank you!
