We don’t understand why/how the scheduler’s were deleted from the IS admin page schedulers link. Is there any way to track this to check who has deleted the scheduler’s or do any Root cause analysis how they got deleted.

If you keep regular backups of the server, try to track down when the IS/config/jobs.cnf file was modified… That’s probably the most you can do.
