Hi, We use a kind of master report to group similar reports. In fact it's more or less a report with only a table including a collection of drillthroughs to the single reports and some standard filters for all of the single reports. The single reports use a layout component reference to this table of the master report (where some of its single components even can be overwritten). Queries to populate the filters must be present in all of the reports including the master report. The prompts themselves are only defined in the master report, so it's secured that they're all the same. In the master report you can then work with default selections. Maybe that approach could be helpful for your case, too. Regards, Philipp

Subject: Schedule multiple reports as a batch process
Hi
I have a scenario where I would like to run multiple Bi Reports in a batch process. Some of these reports have prompts in common and some have unique prompts. The reports are not set up as different report pages in one report, they are separate unique reports. Is there a way where I could set up something like a "master report" with all required prompts and then call each report and pass the parameters collected on the "master report"? I've looked into the option of creating a Job and add each report as a step, however, I could not get prompt parameters to prompt upon running the job. Thanks for your input/comments in advance.
Thanks
Moises
