  • 1.  Save problem sav file to excel file

    Dear IBM Community!

    We have received files with an acid extension from a partner company, but we cannot open them.
    We installed the IBM SPSS statistics trial.
    The program opens the file, but I want to save it in xls format.
    When I go to save I do not see the save button.
    Same when I want to do the save with the export button.

    What could be the problem?
    Please help me.

    Hi. Please check here. If that sounds like this issue you are experiencing, use the interim fix (IF 2). After you update your system with that fix, the problem should be gone.
