SAP Listeners are Going to Busy state

    Hi team,

    please help on below issue…

    we have one production environment no clustering. Sometimes SAP Listener was going to Busy state.How to SAP Listener get into Normal state.Is there any resolution to resolve this.

    please help on this…

    Hi Nagasubhash,

    please provide your SAP Adapter version with Fix-Level and JCo-Version.

    When the SAP-Listener goes to busy state, this means tht is currently receiving and processing a message.
    When it has finished processing, it should return to Active (Idle) state by itself.

    You can check the states of the listeners in SAP Adapter Admin UI under Monitoring.
