    We recently started using toolkit 13.0.2.0 and when importing IDOC's we are getting a "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/xerces/util/XMLChar" error.

    This behaviour has been documented here on 12.0.12.0 for outbound idoc's : IT45502: SAP OUTBOUND DISCOVERY FAILS WITH EXCEPTION.

    Any help on resolving this would be highly appreciated.
