Hi Aman,
SAP JCo API consists of three parts, a native lib to be placed under instances/<instance_name>/lib and 2 jars to be placed under instances/<instance_name>/packages/WmSAP/code/jars/static, sapjco3.jar and sapidoc3.jar.
Due to the native portion it is neccessary to stop and restart the IS completely, a simple restart is not sufficient.
Remember to use the correct version of the JCo API, which is currently SAP JCo 3.1.x for SAP Adapter 10.1.
You can request an account to download the API from SAP Marketplace from the SAP Administration Team of the SAP System you want to connect to. Or they can download these files for you.
Can you check if you have latest Fixes applied for SAP Adapter?
Regards,
Holger
