Hi Andy,
Are the different models all on the same policy? It would be pretty unusual for Samsung to suddenly change an App ID on just one model, but stranger things have happened.
I would suggest activating one device without enrolling in MaaS360 and using something like APK Extractor to grab the app ID for the Gallery app on the A51. If it is different than the existing devices, I would just add it to the list of whitelisted app IDs, otherwise we'll have to do some more detailed troubleshooting. Let me know what results you get and we can take it from there.

Just installed some new Samsung A51 mobiles and the 'Gallery' app (or equivalent?) is missing. This is installed OK on Samsung A10's. So you can take a photo but not view it.
Is there an Appid I need to add to the app whitelist?
