    Good day,

    we have received a security advisory from DFN-CERT regarding Samba. This advisory covers CVE-2026-1933, CVE-2026-2340, CVE-2026-3012, CVE-2026-3238, CVE-2026-4408, and CVE-2026-4480. The assigned score is 10.0.

    Consequently, it is critical that we be able to install the corresponding updates as quickly as possible. When can we expect the software packages to be made available in the AIX Linux Toolbox?

    We are working on it. Samba 4.24.3 will be published in a couple of days in AIX Toolbox.
