Do you see any other problematic symptoms such as:
- S-TAP is restarting, or crashing
- S-TAP is receiving too much traffic (priority queue is changing, buffer overflow is happening)
- Network between the S-TAP and the appliance is unstable
If you don't know, I'd suggest to open a support ticket and send Win S-TAP Must Gather, so that an assigned support engineer will review the Must Gather output.
