Running PowerVC 2.1.0 but having difficulties moving from RHEL 8.6 to Rhel 8.7 ppc64le

    I'm trying to update from RHEL 8.6 to 8.7 ppc64le and am running PowerVC 2.1.0 on a Power System. However, I'm getting the following errors... 

    # dnf update

    Error:

    Problem 1: package python3-powervc-opsmgr-2.1.0-1.ibm.el8.noarch requires ansible = 2.9.20, but none of the providers can be installed

      - cannot install both ansible-2.9.27-1.el8ae.noarch and ansible-2.9.20-3.el8.noarch

      - cannot install both ansible-2.9.27-1.el8ae.noarch and ansible-2.9.20-1.el8ae.noarch

      - cannot install the best update candidate for package python3-powervc-opsmgr-2.1.0-1.ibm.el8.noarch

      - cannot install the best update candidate for package ansible-2.9.20-3.el8.noarch

    Problem 2: package python3-pyasn1-0.4.8-4.ibm.noarch requires python3-pyasn1-modules = 0.2.8, but none of the providers can be installed

      - cannot install both python3-pyasn1-modules-0.3.7-6.el8.noarch and python3-pyasn1-modules-0.2.8-3.ibm.noarch

      - installed package python3-pyasn1-modules-0.2.8-3.ibm.noarch obsoletes python3-pyasn1-modules > 0.3 provided by python3-pyasn1-modules-0.3.7-6.el8.noarch

      - package python3-pyasn1-modules-0.2.8-3.ibm.noarch obsoletes python3-pyasn1-modules > 0.3 provided by python3-pyasn1-modules-0.3.7-6.el8.noarch

      - cannot install the best update candidate for package python3-pyasn1-modules-0.2.8-3.ibm.noarch

      - cannot install the best update candidate for package python3-pyasn1-0.4.8-4.ibm.noarch

    (try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages or '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only bes

    Any Ideas?

    Hi Matt!

    PowerVC 2.1 does not support 8.7 yet (if ever)
    Hardware and software requirements

    I actually tested it (accidentally, ran just dnf update and ended up on 8.7) ..and outcome was that 26 PowerVC services ended to "Failed to start" status after that .. :D   Luckily I had VM snapshot available..
