In Launcher Administration, on the General tab, check Separate launcher processes. Then on the Deployment Directories tab, select each Directory and hit the Edit button. You can create file lists with the systems you want to start and stop together. See chapter 8 of the Launcher pdf.

smith1, could you define what you mean by a group? A group of maps, like, in a more simple example, it could be any msl with 2 seperate maps, and you want those two maps to run independently? Or do you mean subsystems; a group of maps that are put into one msl, and when you open that msl and you want to see the maps in one of the groups, you have to click on the box for that group?

Or, do you mean something else.
