Hi Suresh, my name is Liam Doherty and I am the architect for EWM (RTC) Enterprise extensions, so the bit that builds mainframe code.
So whilst this is not directly in my area I thought I would start the ball rolling as I have an interest in Git as well as EWM. What version of RTC (EWM) are you currently running, Client and Server? This might end up being a question for the EWM Git integration team, in which case the jazz.net forum might be a better place, but we will go there if it is necessary. I am going to presume you have read this
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/elm/7.0.0?topic=integrating-git from the
www.jazz.net doc?
Also, what is your interest in GitHub? I presume you are currently using RTC (EWM) to manage and build your mainframe code, is that correct? If you move your mainframe code to GitHub how do you propose to build it. EWM-EE dependency build does not pull code from a git repository or a clone, we always get the code from a repository workspace that is flowed to an EWM stream.
I am happy to assist, if I can.
Cheers
Liam

Subject: RTC integration with github for MF projects
Hi,
we are using IBM RDz, RTC and Jazz web-client tool to work on Mainframe projects. I'm currently trying to integrate RTC with GitHub. looking for some assistance in this area. Have created the repository in git and trying to establish the connection but its failing. Are there any additional plug-ins required to achieve it? if yes, let me know the details.
Thanks,
Suresh.
