Hi,

I’m creating hyperlinks in Excel 2013 to RTC 5.0.1 work items.

However, when I click the link, I get this message: Invalid path to authentication servlet.: /

The odd thing is when I copy/paste the url in my browser it works. Also, when testing the links in other applications, they work, except for the RTC links.

Any thoughts on what is wrong?

If you print the Excel spreadsheet in PDF, does it work?

There's a known problem with Word/Excel and URLs with login redirection.

Usually there are special characters (such as #) that are replaced by Word/Excel to %27... and the URL becomes invalid.

I can't retrieve the documentation on this though. Sorry.
