I am still a little unsure how the dbr_daily report works but my basic understanding is that it servers more as a reference to the internally residing  data sets of the Apptio system. If anyone has a better understanding of this i would love to hear it but my real question is.

As this data set appears blank within Apptio is it possible to apply Row Level Security to the reports it is used in?

Or do i apply the Row Level security to another object to achieve this? 

The daily transparency report is a great report but we have not granted access to many of the areas that would benefit from this information due to our cloud account housing 9 other sub accounts of different clients.

Has anyone tried this already? If so which object did you target to apply the RLS rules?
