Rosettanet ACK not recognized for both anbound/outbound

    I am using WM 9.6 and have having a problem with models for a particular partner.

    All the PIPS are correctly recognized and send/received ,but not ACK ReceiptAcknowledgement (RNIF 1.1).

    Whenever send/wait for ACK step comes ,we receive the ack ,but goes as unkown for doc id.sender/recceiver.

    As it happens for all models for a particular partner - this points to be some setting issue with TPA .

    Anybody with similar issue faced before ?

    if you have partner specific TPA, check SenderFocalRole and ReceiverFocalRole under ProcessInfo.
    They need to match the GlobalPartnerRoleClassificationCode in the service header.
