We are in the process of re-evaluating (for v12 upgrade) our Apptio system.  I have been tasked with coming up with a list of value targets that we want to build our new system towards.  Does anyone have something I can use to jumpstart my process?  I am also trying to determine an ROI on each of these so we can 'justify' the expense the reimplementation is going to cost.  Thank you for any assistance.
