    Carbon design system (https://carbondesignsystem.com/) definitely gave a facelift for Tririga's UI with TRIRIGA Carbon Style Pack,  it even brings a consistency across all (well at least most) of IBM products and services.

    In platform 3.8, the top navigation bar was moved to left - we noticed that the navigation links are no longer "clickable" in a sense that you cannot copy the link and open it in a new browser window/tab.

    The other day I ran into a pleasant surprise that the new platform (under beta testing) v4.1 appears to have solved it! - You could do right-click and open in a new tab for all Navigation items!​
