    So, once again:

    Newest RHEL version is now 9.6 and the newest lin_tape driver cannot compile.

    When to expect an updated lin_tape driver?

    Raul, RHEL9.6 support is scheduled for August 18 to be published this also will include new Lin_tape Driver

    Last release of lin_tape was in February and took approx. 5-6 months to include the support for 9.5; a new level will probably be released in the next couple of months.
