  • 1.  Reverse Invoke Setup using HTTPS

    Posted 11/05/14 04:56 PM

We are having issues setting up our inbound processing thru Reverse Invoke for HTTPS. We imported the partners certificate and it shows in the IS client certificates. Partner indicates the following issue when they try to send to us.
HTTPS port 5882 - Error message is SocketException: Connection reset

Anyone have easy way to setup HTTPS on Reverse Invoke?

What is your IS (RG and Internal) and core fix levels are same ?

Did you make sure the URL ping is working from outside to RG to Internal (reset the HTTPS ports also) and any firewall hande blocking your IB gateway URL from external parties?

You might have to troubleshoot more and see if there is any cut between connections.

Thanks for responding. We have the partners certificate loaded in the Security - Certificate link. Does it also have to be loaded in the Security - Keystore list?
