Someone has a procedure for how to get the WSDL from a URL and bring into the workspace this WSDL?
I do not want copy/paste WSDL to a file.

That's Ok ! I found.
Right click on Project Explorer >> New >> Other >> Web Services >> WSDL File and type In the Target namespace option to WSDL url location.
